A graduate of the Department of Pharmacy, Samin Huq, recently received the Erasmus Mundus Excellence Scholarship for the Europublichealth for Master’s program and Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s program in Public Health. Samin Huq was a student of the 3rd batch of the Department of Pharmacy and worked as a Teaching Assistant from August 1, 2015 to October 3, 2016 in the Department of Pharmacy, BRAC University. He is currently working in the WHO Bangladesh Country Office as a Project Facilitator of IVD (Immunization and Vaccine Development) Programme - Bangladesh of Chittagong Division.
Ms. Noshin Mubtasim Priyam, an ex-student of the Department of Pharmacy, BRAC University, received admission in a Ph.D. program concentrating on cell and molecular biology at Texas Tech University, United States of America last month. Ms. Noshin Mubtasim Priyam was a student of the 3rd batch of the Department of Pharmacy, BRAC University. She also worked as a teaching assistant for approximately a year at the Department of Pharmacy, BRAC University after passing her B.Pharm (Hons.) from the department.
Another student from the 4th batch of the Department of Pharmacy, BRAC University, Ms. Nausheen Syeara also received admission in a Master’s program in Pharmaceutical Science at Texas Tech University, United States of America last month.
