It’s Humanity Foundation (IHF), a non-profit organization working on providing free of cost education to the underprivileged children in rural Bangladesh, supported by OCSAR, a science fair for the underprivileged children of IHF School titled “The Joy of Innovation: Udbhabonaranonde” on November 7 in the auditorium UB02 of BRAC University.
The chief guests of the event included Professor Mohammad Kaykobad of BUET, Brand Ambassador of IHF Ms. Sharmi Nahar Lucky, Prominent actress and model Ms. Suzena Zafar and Mr. Tajdin Hassan, Head of marketing, the Daily Star.
With The Tech Lab as its strategic partner, Chromatic Limited as its digital partner and OCSAR, BRAC University as its venue sponsor, IHF was able to showcase the talent of the students of IHF School, Tongi Branch, the press release reads. With one student as mentor from the Tech Lab and three from IHF school, six teams came up with six different projects that dealt with a problem that is prevalent in the community.
With three campuses in Tongi, Syedpur and Dinajpur and over 650 students, IHF looks forward to build a better Bangladesh by educating these children and help them secure a better life.
