In December 2016, final exam of Fall 2016 semester was taking place. Probation students (both first timer and last chance) were advised to strengthen their last-minute preparation and were advised to perform better in their upcoming final exam.
After publication of results, probation advisers from OSA collected and analyzed the results of probation students of Fall 2016 semester. From analysis it has been found that after attending PASS program (i.e. individual advising, group advising, tutorial sessions and PASS workshops) 63.04% last chance probation students successfully overcame academic probation status. Moreover, in case of the first time probation 68.42% students survived from being into academic probation for two consecutive semesters.
