BRACU Architecture hosts Open House titled ‘Noir et blanc’

Department of Architecture, BRAC University (BRACU) arranged a daylong exhibition titled ‘Noir et blanc’ on Thursday, 2 March 2017 at department. Students who enrolled in Bachelor of Architecture in Spring 2017 semester participated in the event and was guided by their course instructors Amir Ebn Sharif, Saiqa Iqbal Meghna, Tanjina Khan and Riffat Farjana.

Dr. Sajid Bin Doza, Assistant Professor, Department of Architecture inaugurated the exhibition, where freehand sketches and two-dimensional compositions done with pencil on paper were displayed.

Parents of freshers also joined this exhibition. Instructors welcomed queries from the parents, and explained  to them the unconventional coursework, studio culture and daily routines architecture students usually face.

Department of Architecture of BRACU arranges this exhibition every semester to motivate the freshers and set up architectural knowledge among the students.
